Bob Byers has been my C.P.A. for many, many years now, and I think he's just the greatest. He's hard working, professional, thorough and friendly. I cannot possibly recommend him more highly!
I switched to this firm over a year ago and I regret it. Terri Thompson has been my contact there and she is really difficult to work with and to deal with. They bill every single service separately, so I was getting 5 different invoices per month, but they would all be emailed separate places. I attempted to address this issue with them several times, but apparently their billing is too complicated to make one monthly invoice and then send it to the correct person. I was constantly dealing with invoicing issue with this firm and they often were annoyed with me not paying bills that I never received. They are more thorough than my last accountant, which is good. But the process in working with them is not fun. Every contact Terri made with my office, with any of my employees, there was always a comment on how rude she was on the phone. Taxes suck and the process of dealing with them is not fun, regardless of who your accountant is. However, I just prefer to have someone work with me that is easier to work with.
