Katie Houghton is my hair artist at Hair Rage III
I had my hair colored by Jessie Sohrabi and it came out much darker than the color I showed her I wanted. She admitted it came out darker than she expected. She told me she would correct the color but I would have to come back since she had another client waiting. She refused to respond to several texts requesting an appointment or return my telephone call from my message asking to make an appointment. I was a repeat client. This salon has no manager and was no help. Don't go there or use her if you expect satisfaction.

STAY FAR AWAY. This place (stylist Jessica) admittedly botched my mom's dye job and then tried to make her pay for it weeks later when they promised her she'd fix it. They are now attacking her online in Facebook comments when she reached out to them. Steer clear. You can find better service and quality skill elsewhere.
Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. Took over an hour but they were happy with the results.
