North Church has been my home away from home for 13 years. The pastors and staff are the epitome of the vision; Love God, Love People, Follow Jesus. Each week the teachings are spot on and prepare me and I feel more equipped to do life. I'm blessed to be a part of a church body that truly loves and cares for me as a person but also cares about my heart and my pursuit towards God and all He has called me to be.
North is summed up by its vision statement. Love God. Love People. Follow Jesus. They are focused on equipping the people to fulfill that vision to the fullest. There is an emphasis on loving people when they least expect it or deserve it and value placed on a multi-cultural, multi-generational representation of the body. The pastors are genuine about shepherding their flock instead of becoming the next big name on the evangelical marquee.
NorthChurch is home to me and my wife. I did not take long for us to realize North is a special place once we started attending. It's a fantastic, Spirit-driven experience every time the doors are open. Powerful messages coming straight from Word of GOD are preached week after week. There are tons of opportunities to serve and be a part of the incredible growth happening here. North is a place that will challenge you to grow and encourage you to not just sit on the sidelines. Here we believe that we are called to Love God, Love people, and Follow Jesus. Exciting things are happening at North, and I encourage all to come and be a part! Praise God!
North Church is definitely our second home! My husband and I have 3 children, and we all LOVE North Church! Our older children are involved with their youth ministry REV and they love to attend every Wednesday! They have so many wonderful people who work there, lead by an incredible minister, Pastor Rodney. Our family has grown by leaps and bounds since attending the last 7 years. Jesus centered body of believers. Pastor Rodney and Shannon believe Jesus is the only answer for the brokenness from OKC to the ends of the earth. They have a vision to start one new church every year and are starting the next one January of 2018 in Deer Creek. Pastor Samson pictured is an incredible servant of Christ, and excited to lead out in seeing the kingdom of God continue to multiply in Deer Creek, OK.
