UPDATE. I did leave a message on the supervisors machine detailed as to what had occurred and asking for a call back or even just an email if she was too busy. 3 Hours shy of a complete 24hours and I have still yet to be addressed by anyone. How shameful that you have KNOWN malpractice in your offices and you choose to NOT aknowlege it. I have read others reviews and from what I have read on others accounts is that I should just be waiting for a cancelation in a day or so, which at this point is probably for the best on everyone's end- ESPECIALLY KAYLAS. It is very inappropriate for someone to be bullied on the phone by a "professional". It is also very inappropriate to feel like I could have been treated better by someone making tacos on the side of the street.
He is a very gentle dentist and really take care of our kids. We have been going there now for about 5 years and all of the kids love going.
I will be looking into further action I can take since this situation did not get taken seriously even by upper management.
The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I just recieved on the phone with one of the persons in charge of assistance named Kayla was completely uncalled for and came as a shock and immediately made me feel as I was being belittled for a misunderstanding that wasn't completely the fault of mine alone, but the pediatric dentristrys as well. When I asked Kayla about the unprofessionalism and attitude I was receiving I ultimately got hung up on by none other than this famous gem of an assistant, miss Kayla. Overall the concern I had, turned into a bigger problem instead. Happy Monday morning everyone. I hope you're treated better if you have chosen to go with this dentistry. I had such a pleasant experience the first time I never expected this type of treatment from such a great establishment.

Great dentist and staff! While my son hates brushing his teeth and it's a fight every day he loves coming here! They are so kind and gentle! He thinks it so cool they have tv in the ceiling and a rocket and video games in the waiting room! So far no cavities!
