Dr. Mefford was my ER doctor on 3/26/17. Was yet another horrible experience I've had with Mercy Emergency Dept. I'm pretty sure he didn't give any F's for what I was there for. I'd had visited the same ER the Thursday before for a uterine fibroid and was advised by my OBGYN Dr. Karen Wilks to go to the ER and habe them contact her. Oh He contacted her alright and said even with an vag ultrasound showing I have a fibroid from 3/23/17 Mercy ER, that I am inside constipated with unspecified abdominal pain, unspecified constipation, and uterine leiomyoma unspecified location although the flipping transvag shows that within the posterior fundus I have a discrete mass. Dr Mefford tried to sed me hone with laxatives and a new stool softener which I already ha e from my gastroenterologist I see for my IBS. My pelvic problem is not IBS!! Thanks but no thanks and stay away from this doctor.
