Dr. Cail is awesome. She is very straight forward and to the point. Her bedside mannor is perfect. i couldn't ask for a better Dr. I have referred my entire family to her. After switching to Dr Cail I can see now why she has 100% referral rate!! Way to Go Dr. Cail!!

This was the worst medical experience I've ever had. There was absolutely no communication from this doctor or her staff. There is not a direct line to call so leave a message with the receptionists and get a call from the apathetic nurse with no answers. I am convinced they requested me to do unnecessary tests so they can collect on the insurance payments (which is fraud). The doctor never could give me any answers with what was wrong. I'm transferring to a provider that has enough time to care for their patients health and welfare. I would hate to have major health concerns. You would likely die while waiting for the doctor to call you back.
I have been a patient of Dr Cail for over five years now. She listens to me like no other physician I had used previously and does very well explaining the ins and outs of my illness. She listens to my concerns and does whatever she can to help me in many aspects. I would highly recommend Dr Cail to anyone.
I have not seen Dr.Cail in a couple of years. Called to get an appt. and no response from the MA in 2 days. Same thing happened to my client no response from the MA that said she would call after 4pm each day. Not good customer service!!!! Love Dr.
