They couldn't diagnose what was wrong with me two times of the last three times I've been there. One time I had strep throat and the other time was just a bacteria in my mouth. Doctors were too busy so both times I got to see a nurse :(
Dr Hopkins is a thorough Dr. He takes the time to listen to you. Never rushed. I highly recommend him. Great office staff and Nurses. They all are very helpful
Nurses don't call patients back. Hold times are ridiculous.
Nurses don't inform patients when they won't refill prescriptions.
Idiots!! Can't even file a claim in the right region with insurance!! Don't waste your time! Doctors are good that's why the one star... But it doesn't outweigh the incompetent claims department. Ben messing with them for term months and finally called insurance and dealt with it myself, they filled in the wrong region!!
The telephone wait time can be ridiculous. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes. Most places that are understaffed or very busy have an option to leave a number for call back and keep you place in que.
