I'm so glad I called these guys.

I needed to have nearly every outlet in the house re-grounded and junction boxes installed in my (extremely hot) attic to pass inspection... not only were both Doug and Justin both awesome to talk to, but they both bent over backward to save me money by only doing what was necessary as opposed to taking me for a ride (which they could have, I mean... what do I know about electrical work?). They came out when they said they'd come out and they did the work right the first time (it literally passed inspection right after the work was done by a third party inspector). Look... I know there are hundreds of electricians to choose from... each owner names the company after themselves so there's Pete's Electric, Bob's Electric... who the heck knows which to choose when they're so obscure like that? So if I can offer any advice at all... it's to give these guys a call... they'll answer professionally, set you up and take care of the work correctly the first time... and without breaking the bank. Thanks guys !!

We had no power on a complete circuit, on a Saturday. I wasn't even hopeful to find someone open but they were. Instead of charging me for weekend service call and repair, she walked me through a trouble shooting process and fixed the problem over the phone with no charge!!!!

The woman on the phone and Doug were very nice. He took care of our problem and gave us some good advice on lighting. We will contact them again with future projects.

These guys were awesome!!! They came out almost immediately, gave me a price up front, troubleshot some problems I was having then got me all squared away!!! Very efficient, very professional and very friendly! I had Doug and he was amazing!

This company is AMAZING!! On 07/03/17 my house had a power surge due lightning striking my neighbors tree. I lost power in several parts of my house & all my electronics / appliances were fried. I have never had anything like this happen to me before & I didn't know exactly what to do or what the normal protocol was for finding an electrician. I asked around on Facebook & one of my friends said her husband was an electrician there in Choctaw (for the sake of my friendship, I am not going to name that electrician/company). When they came out to look at my house, I paid them a fee of $145 (in cash). When I asked for the receipt/invoice/estimate they said that they couldn't give me a paper receipt/invoice/estimate & that they would have to email it to me later. I waited a couple days, but the receipt/invoice/estimate never came & every time I tried getting a hold of them, they never picked up or responded back to my emails, text message or calls. I contacted my insurance company & they said that before they could start paying out on my claim they would have to have that receipt/invoice/estimate. So after several failed attempts to get my receipt/invoice/estimate, I searched on Google & found Edge Electric. After my experience with the last company I was a bit skeptical, but when I called & spoke with Angela Thompson, she put my mind at ease. When I told her about the nightmare I had gone through with the previous electrician, she was appalled & explained that that is definitely not the way they do business & they guarantee the satisfaction of their customers & will do whatever they could to make my experience with them a good experience (plus they give their customers an emailed receipt & a paper copy (if requested) at the time of service). Angela was able to get one of their electricians (Justin) out to our house that same day & their "trip charge" was a small fraction of the fee I had originally paid to have the 1st electrician come out. Our experience dealing with their electrician (Justin) was amazing! He was extremely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything to my husband about what all was wrong & how they would go about fixing all the electrical problems in our house. As promised, Justin provided us with our receipt/invoice/estimate right then & I was able to get it submitted to our insurance that night. The moment the insurance company agreed to the cost, I called & spoke with Angela & she was able to schedule Justin to come out the very next day to do all the repairs we had discussed. He did such an AMAZING job & the lighting in our house looks better then it did before the accident! I am extremely happy with this companies staff, services, & rates! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any electrical work to be done in their homes!
