Elaine was extremely easy to talk with and very down to earth. Did a great job of putting my (copious) fears to rest, and stood out as one of the most well-prepared lawyers in the room when our court date finally rolled around (we were pretty late in the docket, so we had PLENTY of time to hear the other lawyers in comparison!)

I went to a couple of different lawyers before seeing her because I didn't know who to trust and believe. Elaine Dowling was very friendly and more importantly she was well prepared. She reviewed my paperwork beforehand & wasted no time explaining exactly what was going on & my options to move forward with my case. She is very thoughtful and seems to genuinely care about her clients, unlike many lawyers I have encountered or heard about. She does her best to give you all of the information you need in the most affordable & timely manner. Some lawyers didn't even look at my case or know anything about it and were just trying to scare me, but Elaine was completely opposite. She was honest, confident, and very knowledgeable. I paid her fee, which was very reasonable, happily & with great satisfaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a fair & competent lawyer.
Rude isn't the word on which I'd call the lady answering the phones. If just a simple call isnt a sign of bad company is what is! Horrible!
I used Elaine when I filed back in February. She was great and very knowledgable. Her witty explanation of the questions that I would ask shows me that she really enjoys what she does and can put a comical spin on it. I would definitely recommend her but I hope I never have to use her again.
