Worst Braums ever. They always seem to mess up my order and get upset when its brought to their attention. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a #5 combo. Picked up the order and the fries were warm. I asked for fresh fries and realized my burger had no bacon at all..Of course I paid for it...So I asked for it to be fixed. Apparently I pissed off the help- they served me a burger laced with so much ketchup and mustard is was seeping through the foil. Don't bother going to this Braum's... drive a mile or two where you can get decent service. I called and asked for a manager and the nice lady said Hold on, and disconnected the line. Way to go Braum's!
Got the 4 cheese burger. It was wrapped in foiled paper and much of the cheese was spilled out onto the wrapper. Two of the attendants at the front counter had lots of speckled food stains all over their aprons and shirts but some others didn't so don't know how things get so messy. There is a different pick up counter than where you order so don't let them confuse you. My tray didn't even have a copy of the receipt on it or anything else to confirm that was my tray. Not very intuitive for first time visitors.
