Like many military buildings on Tinker it is outdated and the smell is off putting. They have a lot of machines but due to the facility size and the number of people it gets cramped quick. Equipment is placed in every nook and cranny making walkways narrow and hard for two people to pass or someone to rack weight when someone is walking by. Free weight room is lacking even after the expansion. Cardio area is larger and often goes under utilized. The room used for stretching is a joke. Only 4 mats for people to stretch at due to the second gym being reserved for classes and the front gym being used for PT/ Basketball. Locker rooms are crowded and stink. I'm not sure what the staff (other than that janitor) do, I always see them sitting or standing around just staring.

Tinker just needs to build a new gym with an indoor track and enough space to accommodate the large influx of people during peak hours.
