Never, ever again! I've been going to Caesar's for their airbrush tanning since 2013. They are more expensive than other salons, but after the first time I went in I was blown away and have always come back to get a bronze glow for special occasions like vacations, Birthdays, etc. I GLADLY paid the higher price. Sad to say that my most recent visit will be my last. Made an appt for an airbrush spray tan for Sunday July 2nd at 1pm. I wanted to look nice and dark for the 4th of July holiday. While the girl who did my tan seemed nice, she rushed through the entire process. Every other time I have been, the person spraying has been so meticulous and made sure to take plenty of time making sure all areas were nice and even. In the past they have also used those little paint rollers to even out any residue. This has taken anywhere between 20-30 mins to complete. I was only in the room for maybe 10 minutes on Sunday. The number of poses I was asked to do was very limited, only certain areas were sprayed twice and some NOT EVEN AT ALL! No paint roller was used either. I was a little concerned during the process but reminded myself that I had been coming here for years and have always been pleased. I left and went home and waited for the color to develop. This can take a few hours but it seemed like I was at my darkest only an hour after the application. My hands and arms were EXTREMELY splotchy... and my bottom legs/feet... please don't get me started. They were so incredibly splotchy and uneven that I couldn't wear sandals. I had to cover them up! I was shocked. This is NOT the Caesars Tan I had been going to. I was frustrated that I paid $35 to end up looking like a splatter canvas that I went to their website to find someway to contact them. At the bottom of their website was an email address. I sent an email on July 3rd regarding my concerns hoping they would be able to at least offer some sort of fix before the holiday and I have YET to hear a reply. I have a copy of the email and pictures I sent as proof and only wish I could show them here. I feel cheated. I can go to Groupon any day of the week and find a cheaper deal that may have been better quality but chose to give my business to Caesars. After this recent experience of poor quality and lack of customer service never ever again!
I love Caesars Tan. I mostly do airbrush tanning. They do the best job in Oklahoma City. You will always be even and never look orange. They are open late and it is easy to get in. The tanning is great but so are the people. They are always so nice and accommadating. The next time you are looking to tan, make sure you go to Caesars Tan.
Love it. Very friendly staff. They dont make you do anything you dont want but they do give reccomendations! the tan its self looks amazing on me. Next time i will do a darker tone!
