Stay far away from these people. Especially for used auto sales insurance. They never answer the phone, they do not follow up with anything, They do not send out notification that you are due on your payment they will just send letters to the insurance commission, when you clear that up and pay 200.00 again it starts all over. After Sandy got fired this place went down hill. I guess she got fired for doing her job because you're not allowed to do that there. Very unprofessional business. RUN!
I absolutely love this place. A friend referred me and I'll never go anywhere else. I usually deal with Tony and now prefer it that way because I've dealt with him the most as well as my friend specifically referring me to him so I say the same to you world stop being over charged! Every other company online in town etc wanted 150 more per month, go see Tony and love your insurance agent finally!
I was with the people for over a year. And before that with a previous policy. I always went back to them because I'm a loyal customer. I expressed my concerns to them about not being able to get a hold of them to make payments. I would have to call every day for a week. They blew me off. I stayed hoping that me being a loyal customer would help. When it was time for me to renew for another six months, I called them and my cost went up. He said he would run a few quotes and call me back. He didn't. I went to AAA. I received better coverage and roadside assistance and renters insurance for cheaper than what clear choice was going to charge me. It took a week to get a hold of them to let them know I went with someone else. The guy never called me back with those quotes and also wouldn't listen to me long enough to get my correct name. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No exaggeration.
