Ripoff. Rates are 2-3x higher than other nearby shops. Don't bother with this place.
My husband used this cleaners for the first time this week since it's just across the street from our house. He dropped off 3 button up shirts and a pair of slacks on Tuesday and was told they would be ready after 5pm Thursday. We both don't get off work until after they close so he went Friday morning to pick up and the clothes were not ready. He needed them that morning. For the higher than average price they charge this is simply unacceptable. If you are going to charge premium prices, then you should be providing premium service. Otherwise there is no point.
