Since this company has been under new management, I have found it a pleasure. The quality of work is excellent, the service is exceptional, and I feel at ease knowing my dry cleaning is being taken good care of. I would recommend anyone to try it out.
I have always great expierences with the sweet old lady that works in the afternoons! The new owners are extremely sweet compaired to the previous! If youve had a bad expierence in the past, give this place a second chance and you wont be disappointed.
Fast forward a day and I called the establishment to check on the status of my dry cleaning and was told my shirt was done but my pants would take another day or two to complete, I then told the man on the phone that wasn't what we had originally agreed on and he instantly got irate over the phone with me (yelling,cursing,etc) I then told the man if he couldn't fulfill his end of our arraignment and have my clothes ready by the time he originally said that they'd be ready I would have taken my business elsewhere.
So I went there on a Tuesday looking to get a newly bought outfit dry cleaned, I spoke to the man at the counter and told him what I wanted done and when I wanted it to be done and he agreed that he could accomplish it by the date I had given him.
I asked him why he had he hung up in my face and he instantly got irate (yelling, cursing, and Yes! even using racial slurs toward me and my mother.) after a short exchange of words between him and I the man ( like the coward he was) got in my mothers face and began cursing and pointing at her..l instantly dropped everything I was holding In my hands to walk over and knock the guy flat on his a$$ but luckily for him my mother who was desperately doing everything she could to hold me back begged me not to do it. ( I'm a trained boxer by the way so it wouldn't have ended well for him)
If you're in need of a Dry Cleaning company & you see this one while you're driving.. keep driving, bad service & even worse Management.
I have known the new owners for many years, wonderful people, they care about their customers.
The man on the phone then said that he'd see what he could do and hung up in my face. A few hours later myself and my mother went to the establishment to pick up my dry cleaning at the time the man on the phone said that they'd be ready, we go inside and approach an elderly woman standing behind the desk (who seemed like a nice lady) who then pulled my clothes down off of the rack and showed them to me and it was visibly obvious that who ever worked on my clothes did a very poor job (clothes were still wrinkled.. even more wrinkled than they were when I gave my clothes to them Originally.) I looked to the left of me and saw a gentleman outside smoking a cigarette and asked him if he was the person I had spoken with on the phone a few hours earlier ( which was the same man I first conducted my business with originally.) and he hesitantly said yes.
All these bad reviews are true! Very rude, unprofessional,and racist management would not recommend coming here at all. Spend your money & your time elsewhere..preferably somewhere more reputable.
I can definitely believe the people in the other reviews on here when they say he hung up in their faces and threw their clothes around because he did the exact same thing to me (as God as my witness it took everything I had not to knock him flat.) They say they're under new management but I honestly think that's something they say just to cover their butts when they get bad reviews because the same people ( or man in particular) from the other bad reviews I read must still be working there. I wish nothing but the worst on this establishment and the coward/poor excuse of a man that chose to get in a elderly woman's face but called the police when a actual man who matches or surpasses him in strength and size returned the favor and got in his face.. Can't wait for the day when I drive past there and notice that they've gone out of business.
