This is a great place to rent movies, t.v. shows,and games. The staff has gone above and beyond to help me. Also,they give you half off your first two weeks after creating an account.
It's a Family Video. Even though they're not connected somehow, they're all pretty much the same. Clean, with a good, cheap movie selection.
Nice that they are around i like that kid movies are free ...but it seems to cost less on demand because i can never remeber to take movies back on time
Had a late fee for $35ish. I thought that was insane considering I hadn't been there for years to get a movie and also not sure what movie would have cost $35 dollars if I never even returned it. The store met me halfway on the price, so I ended up paying $20 to rent the movie. I figured that would be fine, so I rented the movie even though I felt like I was getting taken advantage of. When we got home to watch the movie, it skipped the entire time and was basically un-watchable. When I went back to get a refund the lady at the counter told me that they do not do refunds and that she could credit $1 for my account... I understand paying a late fee and but if a customer pays for something that doesn't work they should be able to get a refund... so you won't be getting any business from me anymore.
The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of videos, and the rental pricing is reasonable. I really like the fact that they have a large selection of kid/family friendly videos.
