Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, very detailed, informative, and made the process smooth after a long day of packing. Storage was perfect size for the price!
Site manager was very helpful. Mark came to our storage unit as we were moving out, after ensuring we were the owners of the unit, he provided very helpful information to help us with processing out of the unit. He later notified me I had placed the lock incorrectly on my unit and the items were not secure. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Facility was extremely clean and the staff was delightful. Jennifer was an amazing help and extremely friendly I will recommend this place to all my friends
I had a great experience with Jennifer at Extra Space on 122nd and Rockwell. After a long day of moving, Jennifer was very thoughtful and efficient in getting us set up with our unit. The space is spotless and the customer service was fantastic.
