Best off site parking ever, large and small spaces available and covered against the weater. They take right to your vehicle.
Everything seemed great at first. I was promised online and at the entry gate that I would receive the first-time user $3/day discount (which is the sole reason I decided to park here). Moreover, the entry gat attendant talked me into a covered extra large space which is typically more expensive but since I was a first time customer, I would still pay $3/day. Upon exit, they charged me the full amount of the expensive covered, extra large space. They would not give me the discount because my phone was dead and I could not pull up the online coupon which is plastered everywhere on the site. I tried to wait in my truck for my phone to charge and the gate attendant said I had to leave or she would charge me even more! One of the worst customer service experiences I've had, but what can you expect.. its a parking lot. Just park at the airport.
Everyone was so nice! The large vehicle covered parking provides a good amount of protection. If it's your first time parking there, check their website for a great coupon and print it before you park!
Our driver was wonderful older very polite man. Such a gentleman and gave us great service.
This place use to be great but the service has just gotten terrible. You wait and wait and wait for a shuttle ride.
