I had to use this place for job placement.Its in a great, easily accessible place along a bus route.The staff are friendly and they have free mints and hot tea!!
It took an hour and a half to pee in a cup for a For a drug test for my new job. I had to pee the whole hour and a half. It took an hour before they even got to my chart to enter my info Into their system. I had to go to the front desk and speak to somebody before they even glanced at my chart. All the paperwork was there that they needed to process the test. They did not seem to know what they were doing until I show them that they already had what they needed. They were way understaffed. Friendly is not the word I would use to describe the staff quite a few snarky remarks from the people at the front desk about incoming patients. This was not exactly the most enjoyable experience that I have ever been in. I will choose another urgent care next time.
I think Concentra should implement a plan that focuses strictly on drug testing. I waited at least 2 hours just to give a urine sample. I've taken many drug test at other testing locations, and was in and out! This was my first experience with Concentra, and hopefully my last!
Do not come to this place if you are in a hurry. Be expected to wait 2.5hrs and more. After spending about 2.5 hrs they told me to wait for another 45 minutes. I got angry and left. I just needed an x-ray. I will not recommend. You might try a different location
I am very very pleased with Concentra. My Husband and I do hair follicle drug tests every 90 days at Concentra, for over a year now, and they are friendly, fast, and very professional!! The ladies at the front desk are such sweethearts! They know us by name and chat with us when we come in!! We both would reccomemd Consentra for Urgent care, drug testing, or anything else they may offer.
