Charge was way too high for snaking 60' of drain. Service man played dumb and padded time by talking and fussing with things thant didn't add to repair. They wanted an additional $370 charge to repair sewer pipe that was broken into to snake. Told them no, stop. Told we were changed holiday rate 12/26. No previous mention of that. Very disappointed. Felt like we were being taken advantage of.
Excellent service and professionalism and very affordable. They did the job right and for a third of the cost other companies wanted to charge. Will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
