Becky and her team are simply the best. After putting our home on the market with another realtor 2 years prior for SIX months, with over 30 showings and NO serious bids, we were reluctant to try again. But we were ready to move! I was referred to Becky by my sister, who sold her home with her and of course Becky sold it over a weekend. Hoping to have that same luck, we called Becky and once listed, she sold our house in FOUR HOURS! I believe a great deal of the success is due to the way Becky helped guide us in "staging" while we still lived there, and the high tech camera that Sandra came out and set up that allowed for a virtual tour for online buyers.
