She was patient, polite, and very friendly.
I always wait a long time in this store. Literally have walked out because there is only one person in the store. And maybe two customers? I am now waiting again for 15 mins at register while store associate is speaking nothing but Spanish with a customer over a return. I feel totally alienated in here. I walked in right away grabbed a pair of shoes. I took 2 seconds. Anyways this store is unwelcoming ane lacks a whole lot of customer service. Would not recommend.

There's a lot of good shoes here and there not that expensive and if you get the app they got for your phones you even get more of a discount
We were greeted with a welcoming “ we close in 20 minuets” when we arrived. We left 10 minutes before they closed and had to unlock the door for us. Someone els was trying to enter the store and they told them were closed. Terrible customer service.
