Decent place honestly. Not great.
The employees at the Pikepass store were like zombies!! But typical for any state funded agency. This is one of them kind of places you put off for days until you just have to go in there!! But really it couldn't hurt for at least 1 of them employees to smile or at least say a kind word.
Great location and selection of stores. However, they were working on another store and had the traffic messed up without any lines tied off or directing traffic efficiently.
Friendly staff, comfortable environment. It seems they repeat the same information over and over to people that come in unprepared, so make sure you have all the information you need before you go in! Check the website or call the number!
Estimated time I’ve been in and out including waiting is about 15 minutes from the time I went into the door until I left.
