My wife and I rented here from 2014-2017 and were extremely dissatisfied. The employees are great, but their boss and corporate do not return customers phone calls. The property was clean, but the roads and gravel are so uneven that water and dirt would constantly get into our units. They don't allow you to pay in advance...so your rent can be raised at any time, that's why the lease is month-to-month. We had 3 increases while we were there and saw zero improvements at the facility. The gate was always broken, and they have many break ins. We're now renting at a locally owned and operated storage facility, and loving it. We may pay a little more but it's worth the security and peace of mind knowing you're renting from people that care.
I was nervous having to use a storage unit again after experiences with other companies but Simply Self Storage has restored my faith. My belongings stayed safe and dry thanks to the climate control units. They really are the way to go!
Outstanding service from the Manager, Nicole Campbell! She showed great concern and compassion with me as a customer along with her excellent work ethics! The storage facility is so nice and clean! I'm truly excited in knowing all my furnishings are kept safe!

My unit has been burglarized 2 tunes since January 2017!!! Supposed to have video surveillance but could not pull up anything because they said they were having technical difficulties! Probably an inside job!
