It's ok. It's old and hasn't ever been renovated. It's a hotel frequented by mostly homosexuals, so if you're gay you'll feel welcome here.
Rooms are obviously dated, but no one is staying here for the rooms. Things feel clean enough. Restaurant on site is open late, two bars and an attached gift shop make this a no-brainer.
Went there for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Good location for shopping and food. Staff was friendly and professional. We're very accommodating to our needs. We have been there before so we were returning guests and had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and bug free so yay, but could use an update. All in all very nice.
The hotel is pretty and there are two lovely pools. The people are very nice and the bar and club are super fun. The little store is a treasure of a find too!
I was traveling through the area and decided to check the place out that I had heard about so often in the past. It was ok. The pool areas were nice and the people were friendly but the place just feels a bit run down. If I were to stay there I would probably feel like I needed to take disinfectant with me. It is what it is and it serves its purpose.
