Lovely salon and stylists.
Ilquia is a wonderful consultant and stylist. I was feeling kind of dowdy and she made me look 10 yrs younger. She really pampers you. She also cut my husband's hair and made the cowlick on the back of his hair settle down. She is great! Oh, she also did my sons who is very picky. 3 great hair cuts and they were all different.
Went in for a manicure and shellac. I have always associated manicures, pedicures, and most any spa treatment with relaxation, however, it was hardly relaxing when the manicurist was on her cell phone for most of my appointment as well as going back and forth from her laptop perched right next to her. I paid for a manicure and by no means did I receive that. Instead I was given a quick soak in cold soapy water, and a quick nail file down and then she began painting. I felt like I was of no importance and she did not care if I left with cuticles or not. There was a brief (20 second) massage with lotion and then she sent me on my way. Her carelessness caused for my shellac to start peeling up the next day and I was forced to go have it re-done somewhere else. The nail salon I went to next could hardly believe I had received a "manicure". I would say skip the discomfort and the lack of professionalism and go to a nail salon where they take pride in their work.
My hair is way to short, explained that I didn't want it above my shoulders and that's where it has ended up, it has no shape and don't even tell people I got it cut because it looks so awful. Going to have to pay again for someone else to fix it. Very friendly but main purpose was a good hair cut and I'm left with a horrible hair cut that HAS BEEN AND WILL BE in a ponytail until it can be fixed!
They have the best hair stylist Jessica Gee, she is great at all hair styles and hair color change.
