Overall I was pleased with the stylist and the haircut results. I recommend this salon if you are going for an modern or trendy haircut. They seem to be able to pull off different styles. I can't comment on the coloring service because I didn't have one. My stylist was courteous to people who entered the salon and gave an acknowledgement and also answered phone calls. I also appreciate how my stylist didn't make aggressive sales pitches and push other products to be purchased.
I had reference pictures for my haircut. Courtney was able to follow them and replicate what vision I had in mind. It turned out perfect. She took her time with me and was able to give suggestions. She was also open to not being offended if someone did not take her recommendations. I like how she gave a lot of focus and care about my needs. The haircut included a shampoo, scalp massage and essential oil face massage . I notified her of my scalp issues and she was still able to work with me and not turn me away.
Great for men, ladies, young, or middle aged like myself.
If you plan to try a walk in, I would recommend calling the salon first and seeing if someone is available before driving down there. Each stylist have their own different hours. I will be returning to the salon for future complex cuts.
Ask for Juniper! Been there about 3-4 times, always such a lovely experience. I show her a picture and she easily replicates it. Cool and comfy place!
I get my hair cut by Courtney and she has always done a great job and her scalp massage is the best.
LADIES DO NOT GO HERE I had bleached my hair orange needed it fixed went to this shop IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Really wish my hair was orange again at least then I would have hair. very inexperienced styist (shira). Had no compassion I have naturally curly.hair I said I do not want my hair red or short after she dyed my hair darker than my own color she cut my hair so short I actually told her to stop cutting my hair. I cannot even look in mirror. An it ONLY cost me 95bucks. Good luck if u go there I have never written a review I do this in the hopes no one else feels like I do!!!!
I saw the hours listed as inconsistent from the Facebook page and other websites. I called salon on a Sunday to see if someone was available. Courtney answered my call and was able to book an appointment for me that same Sunday.
The waiting area was nice with interesting designs and it offered some snacks and tea/coffee for people to help themselves with. Visitors are able to use free wifi while waiting.
