Ever eat somewhere in the morning and it immediately sets the tone for an awful day? Well, if you haven't then you must try Joey's Cafe. First, you can wait 18 minutes in a lobby the size of a jail cell with 15 other customers. Then, once you're seated with a menu, the waitress may stop by in just under 6 minutes to ask what you would like to drink. But beware if you order coffee, the waitress will stop by 4 minutes later with the rest of the table's drinks and explain that she is waiting for coffee cups to be cleaned and then 3 minutes later the coffee will arrive. And then at this point she will take your food order. Twelve minutes after this the food will arrive but chances are it won't be hot-barely warm. And if you're looking for flavor out of any of the food, you are out of luck. Eggs-flavorless. Fruit-mushy and again without flavor. The eggs my Wife order were undercooked and not medium as she asked. At no time did the waitress come back to check on us after someone from the back delivered our food. Instead, halfway through my meal I had to wave another waiter in order to get a napkin, hot sauce(because the food had no taste and their salt and pepper did not help) and ketchup for my son. Btw, the ketchup will remind you of red water. My kid wouldn't even eat his eggs and he put the ketchup on them. And as I was halfway through my pancakes, 3 dark hairs were found on the plate. Very terrible experience, but wait for the bill. The chocolate milk my son order came to $3.99. So with his $6.99 breakfast and $3.99 chocolate milk, my son's meal was actually more than my omelette meal. I have no clue how this was rated at a 4.1 on Google reviews.

This place is one of those hidden gems of local foodie goodness. What looks like an unsuspecting cafe in tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center is nothing short of amazing. I got an Eggs Benedict that was cooked to perfection. Passed the Yoke test with flying colors. I have paid twice as much for a ruined egg elsewhere. Amazing what can make or break a saturday morning breakfast run. Give this place a go. So perfect!

Have been coming here since it opened. They offer high quality food at great prices. No corners are cut they always serve the same great tasting food. Quick fast friendly service. If you haven't tried it you should definitely get in and do that you will not regret it.

My grandpa and I do lunch every week. There aren't that many places for breakfast with a cafe feel. There food was delicious and the environment was relaxing and casual. Not to loud so my hard of hearing grandpa and I got to have great conversation!

Great quality food! Ambiance is cozy. Quantity is also great! Yehira had good customer service, with a recommendation of a fine choice. "The Cobb Omlette" was her recommendation and it did not disappoint. Can not go wrong with the home fries. I will definitely return. Great place!
