Service is quick, friendly and resonably priced. Cheapest and fastest auto inspection you will find. Good honest guys running their own business who don't try to give you the runaround. And they have office cats so if you need to wait to get your car serviced you'll be entertained by them!
They refused to work on my car. Either they don't have metric tools or are too lazy.

Being a woman who knows some to little about cars, it's hard to find someone who will be totally honest and reliable. I now own a prius and the few mechanics that I've had to see have all tried to give me the run around. This last time I went to Firestone because I blew a tire and they told me that for the repairs to my car, it would cost me around $800! I got it on the road and immediately called Al's because of every mechanic I've ever had to see, including for oil changes, they have been the most forthcoming and kind. They're real people, not con artists. I will forever take car advice from Al's!
