$12 wash and my windshield wasn't even clean. Attendant ignored me while wiping down other vehicles. I borrowed a towel from him so I could clean my own windshield then tossed the towel back behind where he was working since I didn't want to endure his rudeness again and then he yelled at me and wouldn't let me say anything. I've used this place since it opened but they have lost my business. No reason to be so rude.
If not enough, today one of the individuals manually washing my car broke my rear windshield wiper. After getting nowhere with the "Manager", I spoke to the owner. Unfortunately, she was only able to offer me a coupon for a "free car wash", stating, "our signs say we aren't liable". Frankly, I don't know how many more "free car washes" I can afford from this dump!
I would not refer this place to any of my friends and I will not use this place again. It was the first time I visited the place and had a very bad experience. I would recommend you take your vehicle to another place of business, but use it at your own risk.
Their car wash left a residue on my car. The person worked there told me that there was nothing on my car before. He agreed that it was due to their car wash. The ownership failed to take care of the problem. They disagreed with his assessment. I will now be out an additional amount of money and time due to this problem.
Avoid this place at all costs, unless of course you are OK with poor service and potential damage to your vehicle!
Amazing place on the Northwest side of town. Close to the east side of town but worth it. I didn't know you could tip these guys. Please tip they prewash before you enter the wash. They also have free vacuums which are awesome
Eh. Wash was mild. They have a guy to scrub your car before you enter the automatic one, which must mean the wash alone can't deliver. After wash was done, lots of water residue left on car. Lastly, guy forgot to take my antenna off. When I reminded him he said next time I needed to take it off myself. Was not aware of this since I've never had to do that at other carwashes.
This place is the absolute worst car wash in central Oklahoma City. Not only do the payment machines fail to deliver receipts, the place is painfully slow with antiquated equipment.
