Waited 1 1/2 hours for a wash, vacuum, wipe down and tire service. Nobody came and told me it was done so 20-30 minutes was unnecessary. On the way home I noticed the rear view mirror was not cleaned at all and EVERY window was smudged and streaked beyond acceptable. Not that I was out a ton of $$ but I expect a job to be done right regardless. They offered for me to bring it back but I was already late because it took so long. I am waiting a call from the shop supervisor. Will not be a repeat customer.
I went for the first time for the $43 dollars VIP interior/exterior car wash. They had to do the exterior again because bug residues were still there. Also had to drive back because they didn't do my trunk. They said they didnt do it because I didnt request it. Also, The seats weren't cleaned, still had fur and hair. When i told them, they said the car was is extra for the "hair removal". They said I need to pay $43 more to do it because this car wash is $43 per hour. IF YOU DO THIS CAR WASH, they willl do a bad job and tell you they need extra $43 to really clean. Never going back again. Was treated really badly too.
The service is really great here and they really do a great job with the wash but the only downside is the wait time

Bought the basic cleaning package plus wipe down. Expected a little better than this... The passenger doors (below and behind the door handles were still dirty too).
Friendly and they seem quick to serve you and get you done. They do have military discounts and some others you have to ask for them.
