I DON'T WORK FOR ONE MAIN FINANCIAL ANYMORE. BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A YOUNG LADY WITH LOTS OF ATTITUDE. WE HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE LIKE YOU. THEY NEED MONEY, NOBODY GIVES THEM A CHANCE, THEY COME TO ONE MAIN, WE GET YOUR SITUATION FIXED AND THEM YOU DECIDE TO WRITE AN UNFAIR REVIEW ABOUT US. I HAVE LOOKED AT ALL THE REVIEWS YOU WROTE TO OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE! SO, YOU ARE THE ONE WITH ISSUES, NOT THE COMPANY.

Megan was HORRIBLE with customer service. We told her from day one that we had to file for a lost title, which takes about a week, and she still filed for our loan knowing that they're automatically declined after a week. Every time I tried to call her and check up on things or ask a question she gave me a horrible attitude and would put me on hold for 10 minutes and I'd have to call back. I would not recommend anyone here! They waste your time and make up excuses for everything.

Paid this loan off and still after 31 days they wont post to credit report that it is paid. When I contacted them the third time they say that its all internal and I cannot speak to someone and are absolutely no help. I made my payments on time and paid account off early. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE!!!!!

GREAT experience and EXCELLENT customer service! After reading the previews reviews I started to wonder about this place but I'm glad I gave them a chance. They delivered excellent customer service and I got the money in less than 30 min. I recommend One main financial to everyone!!!
