Very unprofessional. Calls NoN stop even after we explained our financial problems. I got all my livelihood stolen & Im barely getting by We just paid today & Rhea's still blowing up my phone. Demanding threatening harassing!
Come on, you all. This "lending" company is at the bottom of the food chain as far as lending companies go! I know they feed off of the people, but If you are borrowing from them it's because you can't get credit ANYWHERE else! So, they are used to dealing with NOT the BEST of the populace... they kinda have to get a little tough sometimes. My advice... no matter how in need you are of money- DON'T borrow from them if you can help it. But if you do.... just EXPECT the tough treatment OR you could just always make payments ON TIME. I've had no problem with them. If I have to make a payment late they always work with me. Overall for the kind of company they are... I have had a good experience with them.
The manager allowed a Employee to Harass me over a appointment she had at our Spa. She was rude to me and since i was threaten by this Rhea which called me from this phone number and Harassed me said she was going to put me on the News. This lady showed up for wrong appointment time and A therapist came in and took care of her she pitched a fit with a few of our therapist. And with the harassing phone call from a Regional Finance she called me at her work which i called to speak to a supervisior and i got she didnt do that. Well she was a Manager of that store Regional Finance Jennifer is her name at this location said she allowed the phone calls to happen that she sets right there with her. I asked her to stop letting her call from a work phone and harassing all of us! She said she called from a cell phone no i got all phone calls that came in from her it was the phone number to the Regional Finance what kinda company lets this go on. This lady has called more than once from this number multiple days. Rhea is not suppose to be using a company phone for personal calls is what i was told by another store. i will keep trying till a supervisor can get this review so they can clean up there office.. Terrible Never suppose to harass another business and think its ok. I got since your not giving me my way im going to seek news 9 and guess what that is a threat and its not ok!
