Great flowers great people
I called a couple of florists in my area willing to make a same day delivery in my zip code. The gentleman that was assisting me was extremely helpful in both picking out a general arrangement and respectfully adhering to my stated budget. My wife loved the flowers, and I loved how easy they were to work with. I will certainly use them again, and will recommend them to my acquaintances in the future.
I have ordered from them before but today I was told that my Valentine's Day order was cancelled because their staff was ill. The manager was very rude to me never offering an alternate day for my delivery just told me that they couldn't do it. The really frustrating part is that they are still accepting orders on their website...makes me curious if my order wasn't expensive enough for them to process... Such a shame...I would not recommend them...especially for a special occasion, you never know when their staff could be ill again! So disappointing...florists should be prepared for a busy Valentine's Day!
Ordered flowers on Friday afternoon for Valentine's Day the employee said they would be delivered early morning on Valentine's Day they were never received they never called to cancel or said anything she askin me my zip code and said they were on the truck .
I called not long before closing time and they said they'd still be able to do a same day delivery bouquet for me!! Amazing!
