They do a decent job on the arrangements, but horrible customer service.
I tried calling them directly on Sunday but they were closed. I tried again on Monday and Tuesday but there was no answer and a brief message saying 'mailbox full'. I tried the 800 number and got a message saying the number had changed!
Do NOT use this florist if you want any assurance that your order will make it to the intended destination!
Needed a single rose and went here because it was close to my work. When I got there the place was a little dark and didn't look like there were flowers. In addition there were only several examples out so I did not know what they had. I told the employee that all I needed was one rose with baby's breath, basically something simple. She was like it is $5 dollars and I was like that works for me. She did ask if I needed anything more and I just needed something simple. She was really quick and I was going to get a red rose but she said she had an orange one and since it was different I went with that. I am glad I got it, it is different and bright. I'm happy with my experience, if I needed something special, or a something bigger I am not sure I would have gotten it when I got there. Anyways I would come back.

I placed an online order and later called to change the order. There was a misunderstanding that resulted in the wrong flowers being delivered. When I called to see about getting the correct flowers sent, I was told that it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't send the correct arrangement. That was fine, it was after all an honest misunderstanding. However, the man on the phone was rude and unprofessional and basically told me I had no right to call and try and correct it.
I think a bunch of you have some sticks up your ass. It's a great flower shop, with honest, hard working individuals.
My card was never charged, but I don't like that I can't talk to someone to cancel the order just in case. Needless to say it sucked not getting flowers to my Mom in time for Mother's day! :(
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered flowers online and received a confirmation email that they would be delivered to my Mother on the Saturday before mothers day. She never received them.
If you want flowers, you can get them here. But I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to work with someone who is professional and knows how to treat their customers well.
