I'm about to work with Brewer Carpet One for the 3rd time since I purchased my home and am very pleased with all of the service they've done so far. Prices are reasonable, product installation looks amazing, and all of the people have been extremely courteous. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase since my flooring will be complete after this round but I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!
I am very happy with the tile and grout that I ordered. However, I am extremely unhappy by the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and employees. I am a patient and understanding person. I don't get in a fit when something I order isn't available immediately. That said, when my tile was unknown status I didn't mind because I was told the warehouse would call me as soon as they had it. A week later I call to check up on it and the tile had been there the whole time. Frustrating, but I pick it up to get started on my project. Just needed my grout to come in now. Fast forward a month of calls promised that never came, me having to constantly check up on the grout order, a wrongly ordered grout, and finally having to go into the store and say explicitly someone needs to call me with updates since it has been over month. I finally got my grout. The worst part was when the manager threw his employee under the bus and didn't try to make the situation better. To not take responsibility and try to make amends shows poor leadership to the customer. If I have to use this company again, I will use a different location. Hopefully I can find my tile and grout elsewhere where managerial skills and communication is key.
Gave them a 1 only bc I could not give them a 0. My mom only used them bc it is what the insurance company paid for. They left a big scrape of carpet on the garage floor. My mom tripped over it landed on her hip and broke her rib in 2 places. Now we get to go to court bc they don't want to pay her medical bills.
Awful job on installation as well as selling defective carpet and doing nothing to fix their own screw ups.
