If you have lots of disposable income then this is the place for you. Even with vision insurance for an exam I was charged $10 and the $60 (SIXTY!) for lens fitting, then another $20 for photos that I thought were covered by insurance. They took me for $90!
The frame options were few but all of them were more stylish and comfortable then what I tried on at other stores. Even though they were more expensive than others stores i went to look, I found several that I liked and I was happy with my experience and purchase.
My eye doctor at midtown optical was very personable and very friendly! It was my first time at midtown optical and I was very impresssd. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Will definately recommend midtown optical.
Then... I want to order contacts but they only sell 3 months supplies which costs way more than what my insurance covers, they’re telling me I have to spend way more out of pocket. Don’t go here.
I simply can't say enough about the quality of personal care that Dr Greenhaw and his staff provide. I am in my fifth year being a patient/customer and have never been dissatisfied in any way. Top notch!
Parking is ridiculously difficult. However, Dr. Greenhaw is amazing, possibly the best I've been to in the past 20 years. Frame selection is small but they have a wide choice of styles. I won't be going anywhere else.
