I would not recommend this clinic. I wanted a councilor for my kid, who had been victim of a crime. I picked them because they have a good website, and because I mistakenly thought we would get more care from a smaller private clinic. North Care is so big, and they are help people on a sliding scale fee. Usually, clinics that care for the poor tend to be more rough and less nurturing. I wanted us to be handled carefully and gently. This was not how Oasis operated!

At 1st, they set us up with a 2 different kinds of councilors. The 1st was a traditional personal councilor, and she was great and really helpful.

However, the 2nd was a behavioral councilor to help my child not act like a victim. She met with my kid twice, then she started canceling. Twice she called a few hours before the appointment to cancel, twice she called a few minutes after the appointment time to cancel and one time she was a no call/no show. So, I called Oasis and said perhaps we needed a different councilor, as obviously she was too busy to help. A few weeks later, the new behavioral councilor called to discuss my child's issues. A few days later she called my daughter to discuss her needs. She said she would call back when she knew what day and time would work in her and our schedules. She never called back, so I gave up on getting a 3rd behavioral councilor. Plus by that time, my child was doing good with her personal councilor.
Suddenly, without warning or notice, after we had been meeting with the personal councilor for 3 months, and just beginning to benefit from this therapist she quit Oasis and went to a different clinic that does not take our insurance.

That was the last straw. We went to North Care. Three months after the personal councilor quit, I received a letter from Oasis saying they were concerned about us and offered to give us a new councilor. Yeh right, they were SO concerned they waited 3 months to contact us. They were SO concerned they snail mailed us. Now I know why the traditional therapist quit!
