Took 2 steps forward, then took 5 steps back, as for my team (Red Team). My Doctor (Bost) is hands down the best in my opinion. He's genuine and will not bullshit you about anything. Today (01/30) I went to go get my prescription and it was marked for the wrong milligram dose age. Not the first time it's happened, as doctor Bost does have his mind around the clock with patents. Everytime beforehand and he's even said in person, Man I apologize for that and if it ever happens again just let the nurse to notify me and I'll get you in-and-out in a jif.
Love the people there. Dr. Jordan and Jessie are both awesom. The people that work in the lab have always been great. I'm so thankful for them.
Didn't even go in, and I now know I won't ever go in unless it's absolutely necessary.
Well today and since he got a new team, I was originally told he would fix it "shortly." Upon waiting for a whole hour without a word said to me, I finally went and asked what was taking so long? The lady said she'd asked the nurse and hopefully soon they'd be out... Hmm VERY weird considering Dr. Bost has ALWAYS been true to his word about anything he says about, Ex: In-and-out in a Jif.
I've had the misfortune of this being my only form of health care until I was 18 since my mother's an enrolled Native & we were poor lol. The OKC Indian Clinic is inept on its best days in my experience ...and I'm speaking with recent examples also. My mother had a cut that was obviously infected and needed treatment and I pretty much forced her to go because I was afraid she'd get gangrene. ...this place is so cheap & inadequate that they couldn't even prescribe some basic antibiotics...the ER that I later took her to of course said it was terribly infected and not healing- big shocker . I loathe this clinic for its apathetic disposition towards its Native American patients
Well 2hours of waiting, (yes, TWO HOURS) and I go back to the front desk, well at this point the lady is acting like I'm a damn hassell asking what's up two times after waiting 2 hours. She calls the nurse, and the nurse changes from "It'll be done shortly." to, "You're gonna have to come back tomorrow. Not today."
So I wasted TWO HOURS OF MY TIME. I use to never have this issue with Dr. Bost old team. If you read this by chance Doc, small recommendation, you should invest in a new team, staff, or something.
Your a number. Lol
She was horribly rude and treated me like I'm stupid for not knowing that they aren't seeing anyone for another month.
I thought she might've had the wrong caller or was mid-conversation with someone else, but I guess not.
Lady answered the phone with, and I quote, "What?"
