I am amazed. 1st, my husband was allowed to stay with me overnight. 2nd Dr. Tibbs explains your injuries in plain English, not using words that a normal person has to Google afterwards. 3rd my nurses and techs were amazing. Great attitudes and I had great conversations with them. MS. Mary, MS. Stephanie, MS. Pauline, MS. Natasha you ladies are what nurses should aspire to be!

Had surgery on my neck on Friday the surgery team was great and made me feel comfortable and the surgeon was awesome and did a wonderful Job . Most of the nurses was great and did a great job taking care of me but there was a couple of them that didn't take very Good care of at one of them even yelled at me in the middle of the night and wouldn't let me get up and go to the bathroom was no very pleased with some of the nursing staff at all.
Care was wonderful. Caring and thorough Surgeon, Dr Odor. Professional caring nursing staff, loved the little dinning area too. Comfortable atmosphere with great attitudes. The rooms were large and equipped with all the needs. Would recommend this hospital for spinal treatment.
My insurance was billed for services I did not receive (sedation, etc) which amounted to a lot of money. Very aggressive coding by their staff, which you wouldn't realize unless you were thorough. Spent a decent amount of time verifying through insurance and billing dept to correct.
The service itself went fine but seems to have cost my insurance $1K over what it should have (and society through premiums).
