They charge a lot
I had business insurance with them for a year. And in was always being told by my friends who also had small business that I was being ripped off. Later on I formed a new small business and I went to them for a quote. And I also checked with another agency who my friend uses. These guys were asking 3 times more money for less coverage than what I ended up with.
