Went in to get my tag renewal, the employee who helped me (i believe her name was hanh) was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the place to go to get car (admin) stuff done.
The owner, Jeff reached out to ask about my poor experience and provided the means for a positive future visit. Since we have to visit a tag agency at least once a year and this is the most convenient location for us, acknowledging and addressing our negative experience ensures we will return.
Unnecessarily rude customer service and poor communication of instructions, making a slow process even more inefficient.
This Tag agency is great! I love this place. All the people who work here are really nice. A week or so back I brought my elderly mother in to renew her tags. A really nice lady by the name of Doborah Rock works there. She helped my mom. She's a little disorganized with her papers and Me. Rock waited patiently and helped her sort it out. Best customer service ever at any Tag agency. I will spread the word. Tell all my friends to go to Classen Tag. Its nice to to see someone who cares so much. Thanks Deborah! :-)
I've been a long time customer. Always send family and friends too. This place just has the best in customer service. By far the best in Okc and surrounding. Everyone always say hello when you come inside. But recently in the past few months there is this really nice older lady.. I think it was Debra Rock. I came in with a friend for his license. OMG this lady is so funny. She was so nice. My friend lost his ID and he felt like a goof for doing it. She was like it's OK. And he joked with her and she was just as witty. It's really nice in todays society when there are still people like this working in customer service. She's an awesome lady, I will continue to tell everyone I know to go to Classen Tag and ask for Debra Rock. The sweet funny lady. Glad she's there!!
