Just rude. I called with a few questions about permits and I couldn't get my second question in before the lady tried hang up in my face. If you don't like your job just quit.

Snide trash men who refuse to do their job. They say the karts have to be 30lbs or less and throws a packet at my dad that in no way says that the cans must be 30 lbs or less. Also, I took pictures of the supposed can that has 30 lbs. It has 2 empty boxes and 2 regular household trash bags and is only half full. I'm going to complain tomorrow. I shouldn't have to pay for service like that.
Rude people that either don't want to do their job or don't know how to do their job. Getting utilities cut on is like trying to wrestle an alligator, and instead of trying to help their citizens the do everything to make the situation worse. Do not move to del city!!!
