I have never been so disappointed with service until tonight. I have ordered from them 3 times in total. The first time was great. The second time my order took over an hour and this last time it took 2HOURS. I cannot deal with these inconsiderate people who do not know what customer service is. I requested to still have my food and get my money back but they told me they would only give me my money back. I will NEVER use this place again.

China house basically stole our money they took our order over the phone and never delivered our order they are rude and have poor service I will never eat here again. They are pathetic.

Had a delivery made from China House Express, and it was exceptionally fast and awesome! Our delivery man was Jason, and he was absolutely wonderful and polite! He didn't give up when he was trying to find our apartment, instead he walked around and made sure he was at the right place, AND it's 100 degrees outside! God bless this man! Also, the food is delicious! We'll be ordering from this place again!
Placed a delivery order for sweet n sour and a sesame chicken plate. I received two sweet n sour. Called she argued with me that I said two sweet n sour. Told me if I brought the food she would replace it. I asked for her to send the correct order and her driver can take the wrong food back. Her response was I give you 10% off next order and I eat the sweet n sour.
