I made an appointment to move with this company, and I was totally disappointed. They did not come when they were suppose to, and yes I did give them leeway. But, after 4 hours and not showing up I called another moving company. Absolute did finally call me after the moving company I used picked up my load, and dropped my load off at my new home. If this company would have let me know what was going on beforehand it would have made life a lot easier. I am very disappointed, because time was of the essence.

This company didn't do anything well in my interactions with them. I hired movers because it was a stressful time. This company managed to just add to my stress. They were lazy, slow rude and unprofessional. The customer service I received when trying to find resolution was defensive and unhelpful. And my belongings were not properly handled very disappointed.
