We have used PODS several times in the past ten years and have always been extremely pleased with them. They are always right on time and we feel that all our things are safe and in a climate controlled environment. We have stored furnishings up to a year and never any problem.
The online ordering of the pod was challenging, so I called the lady I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. She got me set up in record time. Delivery of the pod was very timely, my delivery guy was great! Pick up of the pod went smoothly as well.
Each person I dealt with (about 5 real life Americans) was very knowledgeable about the Pod product and processes. I have never dealt with a company where each person I talked to was amazing. They also had companies they recommended for packing and loading the Pod -- HireAHelper -- and they did a fantastic job, too. I would never ever entertain the thought of using a U Haul or a national moving company because the "Pod People" (and the price) are unbeatable. If I bought stock, I would put a lot of money on this company. It can't just be me who's blown away.
