The Staff at TBS (Truckers Bookkeeping Service) Are Excellent!!
After 8 years of being with TBS factoring, I requested release letters for some companies & it was a complete pain. They kept transferring me from agent to agent they would lie saying they had been sent, my emails often got ignored. for 1 company it took about 2 months to get a release letter. They did all they could to not release those letter, so I could stay with tbs. TBS has kept some of MY money, & does not want to give it back. They keep making up lies. & reasons as of to why that $ is not owed to me. I have worked with at least 4 different people there to try to resolve the issue and get my money back and they just don't hep me. 1 lady there her name is Nayeli Favila, even stopped responding to my emails, my calls. Every time I would try to reach her on the phone she was busy on another call, or lunch that last 3 hrs, or left of the day, or on vacations. Very unprofessional!! If she can't help a costumer just answer my call and say I can't help you! STAY AWAY FROM TBS FACTORING IF YOU CAN! - N&V Trucking Inc!!!!!!!!

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY....ALL of the bad one star reviews here ARE TRUE. I sent these bozos ALL of my IFTA documents and logs - THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY TOTALLY SCREWED UP ALL OF THE PAPERWORK ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a bunch of soccer-mom women WHO KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT TRUCKING. THEY ARE ALSO DECIEVERS ! Trust me - do not use them
I Swear I Have NEVER Dealt With A Company As Efficient As The Ladies
Have had some experience with TBS working under another fleet. Was such a headache. Long waits, terrible customer service, delays in emailing back credit approvals, incorrect payment transmittal, etc. To their credit, TBS does have a website that might have made things a lot easier. Unfortunately the fleet owner did everything by email and phone I never got to experience it. Im now activating my own authority. I shopped around and it was between MHC and TBS. MHC charges 3% no matter what, you get up to 95% advancement, and the remaining 2% sent back to you once the shipper pays. TBS, however, has an awesome rate matching program. Factoring fees are expensive and I primarily do CH Robinson loads which would be rate matched at 2% instead of MHC's standard 3% (but boy would it suck for those loads in which I'd be charged 5%). After crunching numbers, I decided to try TBS, especially since they also offered an insurance payment program. So what happened? Lady who answered the phone sounded as though my call had interrupted her sleep and she was irritated. She then was supposed to see if someone in "that" department could take my call. A few seconds later, I was hung up on. I'd have chalked it up to a coincidence if this just wasn't typical of what I've experienced with this company. Things are alright until you have to call or something goes wrong and needs to be rectified, or you REALLY REALLY need them.
