U-Haul Sucks!! Much attitude!! DON'T PAY $10.00 FOR AFTER HOURS!!!!! YOU ARE STUCK LIKE CHUCK!! BIG RIP OFF!! If there is a problem with your card! You are out of LOCK. Call the number and got nowhere. They are USELESS!! MUCH ATTITUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME TWICE!!! All saying is "ain't nothing she can do". You have to come back when they are open and address with that location. They can't do any to assist you getting in when your card does work. Called the 800 number same story!! U-HAUL sucks! Not reliable and my rates keep going with no improvements in services offered or improvements to the location!! Not happy with them and will make sure I share my experience with the company. All money they take in all the cameras and satellite but you can't access the location over the phone U-HAUL??
