I had a great experience using U-Pack. After adding in the cost of fuel, hotels, and meals it was the same or cheaper than renting a moving truck and making the three-day drive myself. Except I got those three days of my life back! Everyone I worked with at U-Pack and MTS was helpful and friendly. The truck was delivered and picked up when promised each time. I am so grateful for U-Pack for hauling my stuff so that I didn't have to!
UPack was quick to answer questions during the initial contact, however when I needed additional information it was difficult to reach the correct person and did receive inconsistent answers on a couple calls. Using the service, if you are prepared to handle your move from packing to move and unpacking, then I highly recommend this service. I will admit I have over 20 years of moving experience so I was aware of everything I needed to prepare and move but did need answers regarding the actual trailer.
I had these guys move my stuff from San Antonio, TX to OKC back last July so I could start my new job. The driver actually helped me move my things into storage and waited on the containers so he could pick them back up! Never had any moving service quite like this one. For the price these guys beat out Uhaul and everyone else!
I will definitely use U-Pack if I move again! The cubes were delivered and picked up on time and the drivers were courteous and professional. I had questions that the people in the OK city office were very helpful with and I feel put forth extra effort to help me.
