Great selection of animals but pricing was a little high. Another plus is they have lay-a-way options available as well as used items that are fairly priced. Staff is extremely knowledgeable on their animals.
Always very helpful and very skilled in care of their animals. I love the new products and store setup. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of supplies or maybe in the market for a reptile.
Good place to shop for amphibians & amphibian accessories. They have snakes, turtles, geckoes, lizards & turtles. There are a few gerbils & a cute black bunny as well that are for sale.
The only reason I give the rating of 2 stars is because of how friendly and helpful some of the staff was. Otherwise, I would have rated this as 1 star. Truthfully it looked like some of the animals there were being neglected. The baby crocodiles were in a disgusting aquarium covered with poop and tiny worms/parasites swimming around in the water. The snakes were packed together with too many in small cages. There was a dead tarantula with a live cricket on top of it that multiple workers walked past and didn't care or notice it. ALL of the iguanas were dried up and chapped struggling to shed while being in dry wooden cages, as well as showing dark & unhealthy colors. The store was lacking in the care and well being of the animals, but the customer service was nice.
The staff are very nice people but the store is pretty dirty. I only need crickets and sand and I really like the people. I just think they should hire someone to clean up a bit
